Reservation procedure

1. Vehicle reservation is done strictly via this website. Multiple vehicles can be reserved for multiple times in single reservation. The payment for the reservation can pe postponed if the reservation is made far enough in advance.


2. Entire reservation must be paid in advance before the first handover of any of the reserved vehicles to the custormer. Each vehicle has a time period associated with it which determines how much in advance the reservation of this vehicle has to pe paid. Time in which the reservation must be paid in its entierty is determined by the vehicle whos reservation has to paid first.
   If reservation is not paid in this period the reservation will be automaticaly canceled. Customer will be prompted for payment via email before the reservation cancelation.


3. Handover of the vehicle to the customer is done on the business premises of renter on the first day of the rent period during the opening hours. Deposit is paid by the customer during the handover process.


4. Return of the vehicle to the renter is done on the business premises of renter on the last day of the rent period during the opening hours.

Online payments

Online payment services are provided by payment gateway Comgate. Provider of these services, company Comgate a.s. is a licensed Payment institution operating under the supervision of Czech national bank. Payments procesed via the payment gateway are fully secure and all information is encrypted. Further information and contacts can be found at www.comgate.cz.

To pay for the reservation the user is redirected to the payment gateway where a payment method can be selected. Payment gateway Comgate offers following payment methods :

  • Bank transfer without immediate confirmation
